Transforming the claims-handling experience
Over the course of a month I worked with a team of data scientists, business analysts, and full-stack software engineers to design an ML-powered tool deployed across all of Axa's claims handling centers in the UK. Our tool helps insurance claims handlers make better decisions and achieve better financial outcomes for claimants.
